Processing Time

Our ready to ship items will ship in 1-2 business days.

Please allow 5-7 business days for custom weights of our small to large items.

Please allow up to 10 days for custom weights of our jumbo / XL items.

Peak seasons and major holidays may add more time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

USPS Priority Mail – 2–3 business days (after processing) for most small items.
UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage – used for large and oversized items. Delivery is typically:
- 1–3 business days to Florida and the Northeast
- 4–6 business days to the Midwest and West Coast

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We subsidize shipping costs by about 35% to keep rates affordable for our customers.

$541 – $640 = $37.99
$641 – $740 = $42.99

$941 – $1040 = $59.99
$1041 – $1140 = $62.99

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

Orders to Alaska or Hawaii that cannot fit into a USPS Large Flat Rate Box may incur an additional shipping charge. We will contact you before shipping if this applies.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. Sensory Soothers LLC cannot be held responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
