- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order ships.
- Refunds will only be issued in the case of a manufacturer defect.
- If you believe your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us at teresa@sensorysoothers.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.
- Once reviewed and approved, we will provide either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
- Damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or not following care instructions is not considered a manufacturer defect.
