Return Policy
All Sensory Soothers items are handmade and weighted. Because each item is created to order (including “Ready to Ship” pieces made in advance), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, color, or preference.
We stand behind our workmanship and will promptly correct any manufacturer defect or order error.
If there’s a defect or we sent the wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at teresa@sensorysoothers.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review within 1 business day and, if confirmed, provide a prepaid return label or other instructions.

After inspection, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
What isn’t a manufacturer defect

Normal wear and tear, minor fabric variations, or damage from misuse, washing outside our care instructions, or pet/odor exposure.
How refunds are issued

Refunds (when approved) are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Original shipping costs are not refundable unless we made an error.
